Synopsis
This book is not a spy manual, nor a work of fiction. Nor is it an abstract essay on surveillance or power. It is the documented account of what happens when techniques and tools designed for exceptional scenarios, such as psychological warfare, counterintelligence, or technological control, are transferred, without legal cover or democratic oversight, into the sphere of civilian life.
Throughout these pages, practices widely described in intelligence literature are examined, among them PsyOps, induced social isolation, vehicular harassment, neighborhood influence operations and prolonged psychological attrition, alongside their interaction with contemporary technological tools. Not to explain them as method, but to show their effects when applied outside the frameworks for which they were conceived.
The book takes an unusual stance: that of someone living through a process of neutralization without formal accusation, without effective judicial protection, and without any clear institutional interlocutor. From there, direct experience and documentation intersect to illuminate a gray zone rarely addressed in formal democracies.
Far from glorifying technique or revealing procedures, this work raises an uncomfortable question: what happens when instruments designed to protect the State are used, in fact, against those the State is supposed to protect?
